Advantages

Use
The cross bending glass tempering furnace is used to make bent toughened glass which is widely used in the fields of architecture, decoration, furniture, electronic apparatus, vehicles, ships, aviation, and more. It is also applicable to producing low-e glass (with the e>=0.1).

1. These horizontal bending furnaces can be altered into flat and bent glass tempering furnaces. The bending section can temper glass with double working positions, or even three working positions.
2. Production capacity is 35~45 batches/hour, which is based on double working position.
3. Min. glass size of flat tempering furnace is matched with the bent glass size above.
4. B stands for "bent flange", and A stands for "straight flange".
