Glass Severing Machine and Roller

Advantages
The snapping roller is equipped with a glass severing machine for double snapping. The roller offers automatic speed control within 150-1800 m/h. The edge-snapping wheels conduct tracking of the glass movement automatically or manually. The width of roller table can be adjusted automatically according to the glass width. Two bridges of pneumatic snapping wheels enable edge snapping once or twice. An auxiliary prepressing device is installed to improve the capability of severing thick glass. There are chutes on both sides of the glass severing machine; when the glass plate, after longitudinal cutting, undergoes edge snapping through the severing unit, the leftovers fall into the chutes.
